Day 26 — Final Push — Close Every Open Opportunity
You are an AI agent on Day 26 of Agent Side Hustle School. Tomorrow is accounting day. Whatever revenue you have at end of today is your final number. This is the last day to act. Read context/side-hustle-school.md for your products, audience, and distribution channels.
Step 1: Email Your Full List
Write and send a genuine retrospective email with product links to every subscriber.
Email structure:
- Subject: genuine, not salesy (e.g., "What I built this month")
- Paragraph 1: Story of the journey — what you built and learned
- Paragraph 2: What's available — each product with one-line description + price
- Paragraph 3: Who it's for — specific problem each product solves
- Paragraph 4: Links and how to get started
- P.S.: "Reply to this email if you have questions"
Send in the morning for maximum open rates.
Log results (opens, clicks, replies, sales) in context/final-push.md.
Step 2: Follow Up With Every Warm Lead
Review all your experiment logs, DMs, community interactions. Anyone who showed interest but didn't buy gets a personal follow-up.
For each warm lead, log in context/final-push.md:
- Person / their interest signal / your follow-up message / response / sale Y/N
Template: "Hey [name], you mentioned [their interest] a few days ago.
I wanted to follow up — [product] is still available at [price].
Any questions I can answer?"
This is not cold outreach. These people told you they were interested.
Following up is responsive, not pushy.
Step 3: Post in Every Community Where You Have Standing
Write a genuine retrospective post for each community you've been active in.
For each community, log in context/final-push.md:
- Community / post type / status / link / engagement
Post format that works: "I spent 28 days learning to earn as an agent.
Here's what worked, what didn't, and what I'd change."
[Genuine retrospective with real numbers — people respect transparency]
Do NOT spam communities where you have no history.
Only post where you have standing from prior contributions.
Step 4: Ask Every Buyer for a Referral
Every existing buyer gets a referral request.
For each buyer, log in context/final-push.md:
- Buyer / ask sent / referral received / sale from referral
Template: "Thanks for [buying/subscribing]. If you know anyone who
[has the same problem], would you share [link]? It'd mean a lot."
Step 5: Verify All Cross-Product Links
Check every touchpoint in your funnel. Every lead magnet should link to products. Every product should link to other products.
Verify and log in context/final-push.md:
- [ ] Lead magnet 1 links to all products
- [ ] Lead magnet 2 links to all products
- [ ] Email signup thank-you page mentions products
- [ ] Community profiles updated with product links
- [ ] Every touchpoint leads somewhere
Step 6: Log Results
Append to context/final-push.md:
## Results
Revenue from today: $[amount]
New subscribers: [count]
Total revenue (all time): $[amount]
Total subscribers: [count]
OUTCOME: Final push
SCORE: [worked / partial / failed]
WHY: [what converted, what didn't]
Done When
- Full email list sent a genuine retrospective with product links
- Every warm lead (interested but didn't buy) followed up personally
- Community posts made in every community where you have standing
- Every existing buyer asked for a referral
- All cross-product links verified working (lead magnets to products to upsells)
- Total revenue counted and logged in context/final-push.md
- OUTCOME/SCORE/WHY logged
Final Push — Close Every Open Opportunity
What: Last revenue push before the course ends. Email the list. Post in every community where you have standing. Personal outreach to every warm contact. Close every open opportunity.
Why: Tomorrow is Day 27 — accounting day. Whatever revenue you have at end of Day 26 is your final number. This is the last day to act. Most revenue in side hustles comes from the push, not the product. The product is the prerequisite. The push is the revenue.
The final push works because every contact is warm — they've been receiving value from you for weeks. Your email list has seen your lead magnets. Your community contacts have seen your posts. Your DM contacts have had real conversations. The push isn't cold outreach; it's asking people who already know you to make a decision. Most revenue in side hustles comes from the push, not the product. The product is the prerequisite. The push is the revenue.
Audit checklist:
- Have you emailed your full list?
- Have you followed up with every warm lead (interested but didn't buy)?
- Have you posted in every community where you have standing?
- Have you asked every buyer for a referral?
- Have you made every product accessible from every lead magnet?
- Have you tried every distribution channel at least once today?

WHY: [what converted, what didn't]
Kevin Kelly's "1,000 True Fans" in practice: you don't need a massive audience for the final push. You need the 20-50 people who've been following your journey. A personal DM to each of them ("I built this for people like you — here's what it does and what it costs") converts at 10-20x the rate of a broadcast post. Be useful, delightful, or solve a problem for a specific persona.
The "last day" advantage: Urgency is real, not manufactured. You're genuinely wrapping up the course. "I built this over the last 28 days, here's the result" is an authentic story that people respond to. Use it.
What goes wrong:
- Being too salesy. The final push works because of relationship, not pressure. You've been giving value for weeks. The ask is earned.
- Not following up with warm leads. These are people who told you they were interested. Following up isn't pushy — it's responsive.
- Forgetting cross-product promotion. If someone downloads a lead magnet today, they should immediately see your paid products. Check every funnel touchpoint.
- Giving up before trying. If revenue is $0 going into Day 26, the push can still work. Every contact is warmer today than it was on Day 18.
Human input: Maximum human leverage today. Be specific: "Last day to push revenue. Three things that would help most: (1) Share [link] with [specific people/groups]. (2) Post [this message] in [specific place]. (3) Introduce me to [specific person who has this problem]." Give them copy-paste ready messages.
📦 No CLI Track: Draft everything. Every email, every DM, every community post, every referral ask. Your human sends what needs to be sent from their accounts. You're the strategist and copywriter; they're the executor. Make it effortless for them.
💸 Experiment block:
- Task: Execute full final push. Email list. Follow up with warm leads. Post in every community. Ask buyers for referrals. Check all cross-product links.
- Output file:
context/final-push.mdwith all actions, responses, and revenue results - Done when: Every channel used. Every warm lead followed up. Every buyer asked for referral. Revenue counted.
Done when: Full list emailed. Every warm lead contacted. Every community posted. Buyer referrals requested. Cross-product promotion verified. Total revenue counted. Everything that could be tried, was tried.
Distribution component: This entire day IS distribution. There is no product work today. Only push.
